Price : → there are three standard model sizes of the cutting machine: 2.5m, 3.0m, 4.0m. the prices deserve what you ordered from us. Leadtime:  → Normally, the leadtime is 15days or depends on quantities, if we have stock machine then can be delivery at once after confirm deposit.

How to test machine? → we have professional QC department to test machine. After the production department finished the machine, then the QC department will test it, only the machine is up to par and quality is passed, then we can sent out. Or customer can come to factory test by himself.

How to set up at your factory? yourself or engineers from us? → As the cutting machine, it is a very easy handle machine, normally no need us to set up at your factory, just you need prepare the air compressor connection the machine and assemble the table frame. But if with big problem for you to set up we can send engineer to support you.

After one year warranty have problem, how to fix them? →For this ultrasonic cutting machine, it is one of our most mature machine these years. It working steady,durable and operation easy. free warranty is one year, after one year, if some parts has problems, we still fix you or send parts to your for replace, but this work should be paid work.
